Rebecca Woodward, LCSW-C, LCSW, RMT, is the founder and clinical director of Ancestral Roots Reiki, an integrative wellness practice grounded in bridging evidence-based clinical approaches with somatic, energetic, and culturally responsive healing modalities. She is also the founder of the integrative model Biofield Integration and Attunement.
Rebecca brings a clinical background shaped by more than a decade of work within institutional mental health systems. She spent five of those years leading an evidence-based Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) program within the prison system where she cultivated a trauma-responsive culture often not found in carceral settings. Her leadership informed diversion strategies that prioritized treatment-oriented alternatives to incarceration, which were associated with reductions in recidivism.
Rebecca is also a Reiki Master Teacher, energy healer, and spiritual mentor with training in multicultural and cross-cultural approaches to spirituality and healing that extend beyond traditional Western clinical frameworks.
Rebecca brings a deep commitment to social justice, ethical governance, and integrative innovation. She is particularly invested in advancing healing equity through models that challenge traditional clinical silos, center lived experience, and remain accountable to the communities they serve.
