Ayanna “Kei” Hatcher, LCPC, is a licensed therapist and embodied healing facilitator whose work centers people living in minoritized bodies. They hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling (Clinical Mental Health Counseling Track) from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Gender & Sexuality from Delaware State University.
Kei’s practice weaves restorative justice frameworks, Indigenous modalities of healing, and traditional psychotherapy into an integrative approach to relational trauma. They specialize in exploring how trauma impacts us sexually and sensually, and how the body can be reclaimed as a resource for holistic safety and self-trust.
Certified in Accessible & Restorative Yoga (Warrior Flow School), Sexology (ABS), and Holistic Therapy (The Holistic Therapist Academy), Kei is currently completing advanced Somatic Education training through the Somatic Institute for Women. Their work honors the sacred process of mourning who one was before harm and walking alongside individuals as they rediscover identity beyond their trauma story.
As an Ethics Advisor, Kei brings a lens that honors culture and community as we root our work in liberation. Their guidance helps ensure that our healing frameworks remain accountable, culturally responsive, and committed to health equity.
